Arnautov Victor Mikhailovich
(1896-1980)

Born October 30, 1896 in the village of Uspenitsy.
In 1910 he studied at the V.P. Tarasova (Mariupol).
In 1922 (?) - 1925 he studied in the studio of \\\"Lotus\\\" (Harbin).
1925-1929 - studied at the California School of Fine Arts (San Francisco).
In the 1930s he worked with D. Rivera (Mexico).
Since 1931 he participated in Art exhibitions.
In 1936-1962 he taught at Stanford University (California, USA).
In 1964-1974 he lived in Zhdanov, from 1974 lived in Leningrad.
Painter, graphic artist, art teacher.
His paintings reside in the State Russian Museum, in the collection of the Bolshoi Theater, in private collections G.Titova, A.Moiseeva, Rostropovich and others.
