Teterin Victor Kuzmich
(1922-1991)

Victor Kuzmich Teterin was born October 25, 1922 in Bakharevo village, Tver Rrovince of the Soviet Russia.
In 1949 Victor Teterin graduated from the Repin Institute of Arts in Mikhail Avilov workshop.
He studied of Alexander Osmerkin, Semion Abugov, Genrikh Pavlovsky, Gleb Savinov.
Since 1949 Victor Teterin has participated in art exhibitions.
He painted portraits, landscapes, still-life, genre paintings, worked in oil paintings and watercolors.
His personal exhibition were in Leningrad (1966), and Saint-Petersburg (1999).
Victor Teterin was a member of the Leningrad Union of Artists since 1953.
In 1949-1956 Victor Teterin taught in Leningrad Higher School of Industrial Art behalf of Vera Mukhina.
Victor Kuzmich Teterin died in Leningrad in 1991.
Paintings by Viktor Teterin reside in State Russian Museum, State Tretyakov Gallery, in Art museums and private collections in the Russia, France, Italy, Germane, and throughout the world.
